He picks up the faded pocket watch<\/p>\n
Even though the hands are dead<\/p>\n
And time goes on and on and on<\/p>\n
He picks up his ash-dusted pipe<\/p>\n
“No longer in the mood he once was<\/p>\n
But he wants to fall into a pine of thought again<\/p>\n
He picks up wishes, he picks up fantasies.<\/p>\n
He picks up calls, he picks up echoes.<\/p>\n
In fact, what he picks up<\/p>\n
A hollow utopia<\/p>\n
An empty utopia<\/p>\n
